Kelly Lynch from Vital Earth Traditions sent me a lovely assortment of sugar scrubs to try out and I can only state that I am now hooked on her all natural sugar scrubs.

I have to tell you a story but I promise to keep it brief and hopefully not gross you out too much :0)

About 10 years ago I had some hammertoe issues and a bunion on my left foot from working for years in tennis shoes (not good ones) standing on a cement floor. I have never been into high heels so that wasn’t my problem.

I was convinced by the lovely elderly women where I worked that there was a wonderful podiatrist that could take care of my foot issues, no problem. I went, I had surgery, I had big, big problems.

He took out all the bones in my little toe and most of the ones in the toe next to it. He also put screws in my big toe right at a nerve cluster. Yeah, fun times ahead for me.

I eventually had an Orthopedic surgeon fix my foot and 2 more surgeries later I am better but have issues still with that foot. My boneless toe is now grafted to my not quite boneless toe and if I step the wrong way it hurts like hell. Screws are gone but the toe doesn’t bend worth a damn.

Now because of this I have never had a pedicure. I know! But it is just too painful if someone messes with my foot. I live in my house barefoot when warm enough and in socks/booties when it is cold. To say that my feet were in bad shape is an understatement.

I have used  a PedEgg, but that only helps my heels not the top of the foot where the scars are and this area is always dry and ughy!

Not any more! I used the Lady Godiva Sugar Scrub and with just one application, years of dryness went Buh-Bye! I was in heaven between how great the scrub worked and how great it smelled. Who can resist the smell of chocolate? Heck, I was wondering if I could eat it it smells so good. Nope, shouldn’t eat it but you should put it on your feet or wherever else you have really dry skin because this stuff is great!

I will admit that I don’t like the scratchy sensation of the salts and sugars but that is just me. I love crunchy stuff to eat but I’m not keen on the sensation on my skin. We have all used exfoliating washes for our faces and I always do it as quick as I can. I was the same about this scrub, not a sensation I am fond of, BUT, I absolutely loved the results and now use it once a week.

Kelly has generously offered 3 – 80z scrubs ( your choice in scents, ARV $45 total) to one very lucky winner.
