Ever have one of those days when you should of zigged instead of zag? Well, today is one of those for me. My lower back is killing me and I have no clue what I did to it. I have a bad back since I fractured it when I was 21. Every now and then, we just don’t seem to see eye to eye and today is that day. I am sitting here on the couch with a heating pad and I just took a pain pill so hopefully it will be better soon. I hate these days but I guess they make you appreciate the good days more.

Hope you are doing better. I had one of those days yesterday, I had to go into work, already didn’t feel like going in because it was the day after Thanksgiving, and to top it off my computer at work was just giving me lots of issues. So the “Ctrl-alt-del” was so me yesterday! And everyone of my customers was so rude yesterday. I was like come on people it’s the Holiday Season time to be nice. But no! But at least it’s all over now. **sigh**
I do hope you’re feeling better. 🙂

It seems like the older I get, the more I hate this icky, not good days even more than a few years ago. Takes me longer to bounce back. Glad you liked the “Ctrl-alt-delete” pic, it was definitely me today.
