Book Giveaway – A Life Worth Living

********This is Closed!*******

First off, I want to thank Emily from Two Harbors Press for the opportunity to review this book and being able to give 2 winners a copy of this book.

Have you ever wondered how life came to be this way? How did we end up here? Living this way? The popular answer may be “It’s just the way it is,” but author Bill Giruzzi tells us we don’t have to accept that – not if we’re ready to challenge the established paradigms and demand a better life for ourselves. We’ve made decisions about life, people, and the world – all of which impact the way we live, but it’s time we realized that those decisions are not the end of our story. It’s in our hands to change our lives to our own design.

This isn’t a large book, only 114 pages long, but it packs a lot into those pages. We all have those questions that bug us after a particularly bad day at work. “Is this what I’m going to do the rest of my life?” We may make more money now at our jobs then people used to but the days of someone working for 30 years for a company and having our retirement taken care of by them for loyalty and dedication are over. Very few companies or business provide company retirement plans any more.

Job satisfaction is way down according to the Gallup Organizations findings that only 29% of American workers are happy at their jobs. So what can we do about this?

A Life Worth Living isn’t the usual type of self-help book. Bill Giruzzi makes you think and gives examples of the way we become drones in the working world and why. He ends each chapter with questions concerning the concepts in the chapter and many give you those wonderful, “aha” moments when we see things in a new way.

If you want to change the way you look at life and our daily grind, then this is a book you should read.

In his book, Bill Giruzzi creates a paradigm for how life should be lived, and the reader is left with the possibility of change. Optimistic thoughts!
