As a follow-up on yesterday’s post on tattoos and the significance of placement and meaning in regards to whether or not you are going to live to regret having them later, here are some pictures of some good tattoos, cool ones, bad ones and WTF! were they thinking?

This is a stupid tattoo…This is a stupid man…does he look like he is going to regret it? Nah, but I bet anyone related to him does, though I will admit the artist did a good job, I will give him that.
Ditto..another stupid tat, won’t regret it just not as good an artist.
Why? They couldn’t do an Xbox controller or he needed an upgrade? I sincerely hope he regrets this one in ten years it’s that lame.
Now here is the *Cool* *WTF* and *OMFG* is it REAL? all rolled into one. Or the how to scare the crap out of everyone and don’t date a girl that is terrified of spiders, tattoo.
What you get, who you have do it and where they put it matters people. Who knows, someday, someone may be putting your photo of your tattoo in a blog or on a funny picture website. What will the caption under your tattoo say?

Like I said, it is a well done tattoo but not something you normally see and can you imagine him taking off his shirt and unsuspecting people see that up close and personal? Could freak you out. If he likes it, cool. Whatever floats your boat.

No, I don’t have tribal tats, my newest one is posted in this blog. I could go tribal, I am Native American after all, how about you? I checked out your site as well and you are a very talented artist. Did you like and or agree with every tattoo you have ever done? I doubt it. But, like I said, you are entitled to your opinion just as I am. Don’t like that, don’t come back to read anything else on this blog. I won’t mind.

Thank you. I try and not censor too many of the comments unless someone is being totally out of line, then I will delete it instead of posting it. I don’t think that being nasty back helps prove my point though it is difficult sometimes to not come off as a total ass. I just let them prove how much of one they are instead. :0)

I agree with the author on all above said tattoos, the alien one is hideous, it doesnt even look like its coming out of his chest, it looks to verticle. the mower one is brilliant and that trantuala one at the end is awesome! from a distance it could fool, and probly has done, a lot of people. i wouldnt get it as its not really my thing but still, a great piece of art from a great artist as you can tell.

The stretch marks on the belly of the guy with the “six pack” accentuates his tattoo very nicely. don’t ya think? The Spider? AMAZING!
